What this website collects
This website is a static site. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics trackers and does not store form submissions on any server we operate.
- Contact form: submitting the form opens a pre-filled email in your own mail client. The information you send reaches us only as an ordinary email.
- Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving those files. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

Email you send us is used to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver services you request, and maintain our business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver services you have asked for or where the law requires it.

Security engagements can expose us to client systems and data. That access is governed by the engagement contract and non-disclosure agreement signed before work begins. Those terms take precedence over this website policy for engagement data.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with the same security discipline we sell.
